Auckland Builders and Renovation recently completed a large renovation project on our property. From the very beginning it was clear that they were the most organised of all the companies that pitched for the job. They had all documentation at the ready and lead us through the maze of legalities, insurance and council requirements. At no stage during this process were we left to manage things on own or without their capable guidance. The same dedication was evident during the build. Mike (the project manager) hands on approach meant that we frequently found him on site where we would discuss process and progress. His entire building team was great to work with. Where we wanted to be hands on, or where we suggested other contractors, Mike and his team were super supportive. In the end, the renovation project was a huge success and that was in large part due to Auckland Builders and Renovations being a super team. Where there was possible cause for concern, Mike calmly and quickly found good solutions, again giving us the full confidence that we were in the best possible hands. I visited the site several times and always met the professional who I was told was going to be there. The Project Manager was always in contact and the job was done within a few hundred dollars given a few unknowns which the team was not aware of at the beginning. The result is amazing, my rental is “bulletproof” for a young family (which is what I described I wanted). Incredibly, I was informed of an overpayment which was refunded 5 months after I paid the invoice. I have two more small updates to rentals which I will do when time and funds allow, I’ll be using them again and their details are the first ones I go to when friends ask for recommendations!
